Godrej Properties has announced that it has become India’s largest listed residential real estate developer in calendar year 2025 — for the second year in a row, based on key performance indicators like booking value and cash collections.
The Mumbai-based developer reported a 19% year-on-year increase in booking value, reaching around ₹34,171 crore in 2025, along with a 28% rise in cash collections to approximately ₹18,979 crore. These figures reflect strong demand for the company’s residential projects across multiple major cities.
Throughout the year, Godrej Properties recorded booking values of over ₹7,000 crore in each quarter and achieved sales of more than 16,400 homes covering over 27 million sq ft of saleable area.
The company’s consistent performance highlights its leading position in India’s residential real estate market, underscored by diversified project launches and robust consumer demand across regions such as the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Pune and Hyderabad.
This leadership position is seen as a sign of continued strength in India’s housing sector, even as developers navigate changing market conditions and shifts in demand patterns.
