CEPT University Launches Interdisciplinary MBA in Real Estate to Build Future Urban Leaders

CEPT University has announced the launch of a **two-year, full-time MBA in Real Estate programme under its Faculty of Management, designed to equip graduates with advanced skills for careers in the evolving real estate sector. The new course takes an interdisciplinary approach, drawing on strengths in planning, design, architecture, finance and sustainability to give students a broad understanding of the built environment.
Open to graduates from all disciplines, the MBA curriculum includes modules in market strategy, project development, data analytics, sustainability and urban systems, along with hands-on learning through field immersions, studio work and industry projects. Students will also benefit from CEPT’s network of more than 40 global partner institutions, including The University of Melbourne and UNSW Sydney, which provides opportunities for international exposure.
The programme was developed with input from senior industry leaders, such as executives from Bakeri Group, Arvind Smart Spaces and Colliers International India, helping ensure its relevance to current market needs. Advisory members also include academic experts from institutions like Henley Business School.
According to CEPT’s Faculty of Management, the real estate sector today intersects urban planning, infrastructure, finance and governance, creating a demand for professionals who can think strategically and work across sectors. The university aims to nurture a new generation of innovative, agile leaders capable of shaping India’s urban future amid rapid transformation.
